In 2007, LinkENERGIE Construction Inc. (LEC) was initially formed only to carry out construction related jobs in the industrial areas like in the pumping stations, water treatment plants and sewerage treatment plants but with the challenges of construction business in the commercial areas, Mr. Francisco Matias decided to turn it to a full-pledged construction company by acquiring an 835 sq m. lot.
